When Will My Order Arrive?

We pack and ship orders Monday through Friday in California and Pennsylvania, where our warehouses are located. 95% of our online orders arrive within 1 to 3 business days. Business days refer to Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and weekends), and the time zone is the Pacific Time Zone (PST). Where Do You Ship?

We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. However, we do not ship to APO/FPO and international addresses.

What Are Your Shipping Methods?

We cooperate with FedEx, UPS, and USPS to provide ground shipping for your orders. Please note we do not offer expedited shipping (eg: Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Select) at this moment, so please plan your order accordingly.

What Is the Shipping Fee for My Order?

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $30 to the continental United States. Orders under $30 are only charged a flat rate of $4.95.

We are temporarily unable to offer free shipping on orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico due to our low pricing. However, our shipping costs are lower than most toner cartridge suppliers because long-term cooperation and large number of orders allow us to get better shipping discounts.

Shipping costs for all orders are automatically calculated at checkout. You can add the products to your shopping cart and enter the shipping address at checkout, then our system will automatically calculate the shipping cost for you. If you have questions about shipping costs, please feel free to contact us.

How Long Does It Take to Ship My Order?

We guarantee same-day shipping on all orders placed before our cut-off times. If we are unable to ship in time due to some reasons (such as out of stock, incorrect address, etc.), we will contact you as soon as possible. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the next business day.

How Do I Know the Order Status?

After you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation email to let you know that we have received it. Once your order ships, we will email you tracking information. So you can track your order by using the tracking number provided.

If we are unable to ship your order in time for some reasons (such as out of stock, incorrect address, etc.), we will contact you by phone or email as soon as possible. And you are also welcome to contact us at any time to inquire about the status of your order.

What Is the Tax Rule?

Orders are subject to sales/use tax. You can refer to State Sales Tax Rates or check with your local tax agency for more information about sales/use tax.

Our website integrates an advanced tax calculation system. Therefore, tax on your order will be automatically calculated based on the latest tax rate on the checkout page. You can add the products to your shopping cart and enter the shipping address at checkout, then our system will calculate the tax for you.

Organizations organized and operated exclusively for religious, charitable, scientific, testing for public safety, literary, educational, or other specified purposes and that meet certain other requirements are tax exempt under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3). If your organization qualifies for tax exemption, provide us with your tax exemption form and we will create a tax exempt account for you.
